Hi Team, I have purchased mobile Intex Aqua – I 5 black order id – OD31009094708 from flip cart which is not working from Day 1[18-Oct’13] when I received mobile. I have registered lot of complaints against this case. It’s speakers are not working. Pls find attached complaint ids which I have received through complaint on toll free no. [1802089898]. Complaint nos are – 131019038975, 1311022013481,131022033216. No body is supporting to help to replace my moble or refund my money. Kindly look into this issue on priority basis as 5 days already passed & i have not received any update on this otherwise. I am really frustrated about Flip cart services. I get defected mobile.I have faced lot of problems from day 1 when i have purchased the mobile. 1. I had ordered INTEX AQUA I5 Black color & I got while color 2. Post complaint nobody come to me to replace the product 3. I have go to directly shipment dealer[Daze Digital,Gurgaon, [email protected]] to get right product 4. After getting black color mobile from 2nd day, speakers are not working only vibration mode is working. 5.
