Deja vu trends – Deja vu trends , not recevied the goods and no repayment of money

Dear Sir, my self nagaraju ordered a SAMSUNG star pro 7262 through EBS payment gateway on 24th feb 2014, to Deja vu trends, amount ofRs. 5959 ,.my order no was# 100012341 and invoice no #100004098. But still today i did not receive the goods, or return of my money.i repeatedly cal the customer care and send mails they could not cancel the order. now i want my money back. kindly help me.

did not received still today. plz cancel the order and remit my amount to my account.
It took nearly more than 55 days . Plz consider my request at an earliest.

As I understand you want to cancel the order because of delay, I would like to inform you delay has been occurred due to backlogs, ongoing sale and low price guarantee on our website.
