in the month of Feb.2014 for purchase of i ball 4di+ mobile phone against invoice no 10003536.
in spite of repeated reminders the mobile was not delivered. on 30th MARCH 2014 I received a mail from the company informing that my refund is under process and I shall get refund in 15 days.
TILL DATE NEITHER MOBILE NOR REFUND OF MONEY IS RECEIVED.
There is no response to emails .Their phone are not attended.
The Maharastra govt should take immediate steps to arrest the owners of this company and ban them from accepting orders.Their web site should be blocked to save innocent public from being cheated
