Dear all
I ordered a HP printer Cartridge from here on 12 March 2014 and paid the full amount and till date this product is not been delivered nor they have refunded the amount . I followed up every week and they (Ms Nagina Khan) kept promising that my product would be delivered in 3 to 4 days’ time and always gave me a good excuse. I was unable to get through their toll free # so only email was the source of communication ,After a follow up they stopped responding and now my support request [#370381] has been suspended.
Re: Deja-Vu Trends: Invoice # 100005559 for Order # 100017059 Please help – how do we deal with Fraud companies like this?
