Dear Sir/Mam,

For the last 1 month there is no water supply in our house. All though we have deposited amount of Rs. 802 of bill no- 531170038980 on 2nd Nov 2017 through net banking.

It is requested to ensure water supply and make adjustment of our deposited amount if any.
