A shocking outcome!! When on my second last day of two weeks in Mumbai for treatment; to my horror and bewilderment they fitted a full upper arch denture. I was expecting crowns to be fitted onto the implants I received from them on my first visit, including an implant that I already had done in Australia. They told me they would fit a hybrid piece that they referred to as a “pink portion” that would be attached to a crown and would fit into the gum, and that could be removed.
They deceived me into thinking that I was getting something that I did not receive, and their dentist cut off the shaft of my pre-existing implant making it unusable. They refuse to compensate me, even though I have only asked for half of the cost of that implant in Australia. Warning; they are unprofessional in many aspects of their dental practice.
