My Order ID 53182 – Paid for Monsoon Bumper tickets (2 days before the draw) but tickets not delivered. Further I ordered two tickets vide Order ID 53723 – Tickets for Thiruvonam Bumper, payment made through Online Rs. 1150/- (Including Postal Charges). Still no one response while calling, but they’ve seen all of our messages. Why, the Kerala Govt. not taking any action against these fraud agencies. Govt should regularise the agencies by insist them to submit all the details to govt. So no one escape, if they’re doing any fraud like this. If, any one suggest how to make complaint & where to file the complaint against these type of fradulers. They’ve spoil the good name of other agencies. My sincere request to kerala Government, Please take necessary action against the fradulers. Please save others money.
