I suppose to travel from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 27th Nov’13 by Dhanunjaya Travels.
They cancelled the Bus but money is not paid.

I am a very frequent traveller and this is my worst experience with Dhanunjaya travels, they asked me to get down from the bus in a very awkward manner at mid night to board another bus without any prior notice and I have to wait for their allocated bus which is not as per your selection. The worst service.
Along with me, 29 people are suffering and no bus has been allocated till now.
