My order# 5531 has not been delivered to me. There is no progress for last 12 days.
Though a tracking number was assigned second day, but shipping company says they never received the physical parcel from the company.

Customer Service does not reply to any of the emails, Phone/Chat reps have no clue.
All they say is “your order will be delivered today”.

I also left a message on their Facebook wall in hope to get senior management level attention, but they deleted my comment.

Someone should take-up an action against the website.
