I ordered combination of a smart watch & airpod worth Rs.-1399, by order no. PS18JUN360. But Diggi store sent me a duplicate 10rs. watch in the packing box. After receiving the product I tried to contact them on their given Mobile number. But the number is switched off. I called the courier partner alo, they are saying to contact the seller. I am right now residing in Kolkata so, I have no way left for contacting the seller as I have no alternative contact number. Please help me regarding this matter to get my money back.
