I have order apple air pods and apple watch which is shown online for Rs/-1399.but receive childrens watch which is not running condition. Order no-SF25590727KR from DIGGI STORE. How do i get my money back or whats the procedure to complaint for getting my money back. Please help me out with this.

Fake order
They cheated on me. The Diggi Store. I got product from Shadowfax through Shiprocket. The product is damaged and fake defective product. I give them Rs.1400 (COD). Kindly please help me with the problem. I want my money back.
