I have been following up with discover team customer support team for the past one and a half months regarding a cashback that is yet to be credited. I had made a payment to that firm via credit card several months ago.
Despite repeated assurances from their team that the issue would be resolved “within the week,” there has been no action taken. Additionally, when I asked to speak with a senior representative, I was met with unprofessional and rude behavior.
