Greetings!
Regarding the abu dhabi office team, I would like to say that I faced lot of issues for appling for PNP Canada(Case- AG1042).
DM team told me during the consultation time that they will take care fully and they have experienced staff but after paying full fee in single payment and submitting all the required documents, I came to know that the team handling PNP is not knowledged(Raynalin and Reethu). Everytime when I call them they tell different stories and try to make excuses.
1st time operation team didn’t review my application properly and didn’t apply for PNP Qubec. After few month they missed to apply again for SINP where my score was good. DM team informed me that I am not qualifying but when I calculated the scores and informed them they applied for both places Qubec and SINP as well with a apology. My question is why I am paying to DM if they are not even able to calculate the qualifying score? How can I believe on their incompetent team? These are only 2 places where I caught their team doing mistakes but only God knows how many more places DM team is missing for applying where I am eligible.
Additional to above, I am adding these line today on 11 May 2021 that after complaining to DM top management, They transferred my file from Abu dhabi to Dubai office on Oct 2019 but when I talked with Dubai team members, they even don’t aware that my file is with them. They also don’t know that Abu dhabi team applied for PNP or not yet. After my comments on DM review pages, I am getting some emails where I reply for every single email truly about my experiences with DM.
These people really don’t know how to file PNP. I shall never suggest anyone to choose DM.
