Recently upgraded to 50mbps plan for wfm. speed which we are getting is below 10mbps & also it is not constant. because of that we are not able to work from home. i have paid 3months payment in advanced & i am getting speed is of 5 or 10mbps which is not constant even. several times raised the complaint with service provider but they are not taking the matter in serious manner.
due to frequent speed fluctuations, i am not able to work.
