The complaint is in regards of poor internet service management by DNA Infotel.
The internet service provided is of poor quality and no proper management responsible for rectifying customer complaints. Most of the times in working hours the internet stops working. And there’s no proper response from executives.
The internet service is handled by DNA Infotel with SVC team. The office numbers are mostly occupied and there’s no proper customer care unit.
The experience with DNA internet-based services so far is much poor in terms of quality service.
