Respected Team.
Myself Pritam Chavan and I’m from mumbai (virar).
Sending this mail in regards to an issue of my ISP (Internet Service Provider).
From past few days we re having issue that we are not able to login to any gaming clients and this issue has been accepted by my ISP as well.
I’ve even visited their office for this and there were already lot of other costumers complaining for the same thing and they were shouting on our ISP. My ISP and their team keeps saying that they will resolve issue within 24-48 hours and it has been a week and no progress from their side has been seen.
Due to monopoly of our local politician, others ISP’s are not allowed to provide their Broadband connection. in our locality, other ISP can only provide wifii/ dongle connection and that is the reason I’m stuck with my ISP else I won’t even bother to make a complaint against them, I would have simply changed my ISP. Me and my relatives are seriously harassed, our International Transaction has been stucked due to this.
