I ordered dominoes pizza online and ordered 6 pizza mania pizzas at 8.40pm. I paid it online. Wen I dint receive d order arnd 9.10 pm I called Meenakshi garden outlet to ask d status since the online tracker was not working. They informed me that it is out fr delivery and will reach soon. Again at 9.30 I called them back n enquired. Again they told me that it Wil reach soon and when I enquired abt d name of d delivery boy dey couldn’t tel me his name. Dey said many ppl r out on delivery. Later getting irritated I called d outlet again at 9.55 pm and dey informed that d guy Wil reach u in max 2-3 mins. Wen d delivery man came Aftr 5 mins he said dat I was given d order jus 10 mins back. I was annoyed to d core.
The name of d delivery guy was Jitendra and the name of the outlet manager is Yatin. I jus wanto know that whether d customer is considered a fool n what should b d punishment fr such kind f behaviour.
