Took gold membership for 1.9lakhs and requested for refund on same day via call and next day via email on 19 Feb 2023.
They assured I’m eligible for full refund and would be settled at oct 2023. Till date haven’t got the refund. Any time I call them they say would be initiated next month, next month.
