On a Sunday in the month of February 2023, we received a call to travel to a hotel in Bangalore’s Electronic city Phase 2. After that, we purchased a vacation membership on a 2-year, 75,000-EMI payment plan.
I never used the vacation, and now they’re telling me to submit the 7.5K membership fee or I won’t be able to use the membership.
No one answers the phone, they don’t reply to emails, they don’t cancel my membership, and they don’t give me my money back.
Ask the Indian government to blacklist these businesses that defraud people and steal their money using false promises.
