I am from Mumbai and I took one year membership of Doves Vacation in June 2023 during their promotional dinner by paying Rs 40,000/- The executives who sold membership to me were Ali Jalali and Afroz Khan. They literally played with our psyche and told us that if we don’t sign up immediately , we may lose a fabulous Vacation offer. Doves Vacation was supposedly much better than Club Mahindra holidays as there was much more flexibility in holiday planning. I was also told that if I cancel the membership within 7 days, then entire amount will be refunded. The next morning I searched for reviews on Doves vacation, and found very poor reviews on the same. So immediately I applied for cancelation of my membership within 24 hours of membership. I was told that money would be refunded within 3 months, but I did not receive any refund. After writing Multiple emails to them, I got one reply that refund was not initiated from the company as there was a finance issue, but will be done in the next three months by October 2023. After It is now January 2024, and they have not yet refunded my money. They are luring innocent and foolish prospective customers by giving false promises, but not living to their promises. It is high time, I initiate a legal action against them, and recover my funds along with damages and interest from Dives Vacation.
