This business is a fraud They tricked me and took my money when I requested a refund, promising that they would do so. However, they never gave me a refund, and now they are telling me that I should have sent an official email when no one had asked to do so at the time. They are cheaters because they should have informed me beforehand, but they didn’t because they wanted to take my money.
Now that I’m calling them three to four times per day and sending them emails, they still don’t have answers to my problems.
This business doesn’t offer any quality services. Their staff is not accountable enough to give us any helpful customer service.
