In the name of registration, this company stole our 40k in hard earned money.
We met a salesperson named Vignesh and completed the registration for a platinum membership, but when we checked the form later, they had entered a gold membership rather than a platinum membership after we had paid the fee.
When we questioned, there was no appropriate response, and after much persistence, a customer service representative named Monica rudely told us that she would issue a refund in accordance with the cancellation policy, which states that we would receive a full refund within 60 to 90 days.
but after 120 days, neither a refund nor a call from her was returned, leaving us in the dark about what to do.
