My name is Anil Pashine. I was invited for a seminar which was held in Gondia(Maharashtra) by a company named “Doves vacation” having its registered office at 511, Hubtown Solaris, NS Phadke Marg, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400069. Upon attending the seminar, which looked promising, the company sold its membership programs to its customers. I felt victim to this and purchased a membership programme on 24/11/2023. I was sold membership programme by the sales personnel whose name was Akash Mishra(Branch DSM, Mumbai). The total amounts I paid that is 1,15,000 ( One Lakh Fifteen Thousands) on the same day. Amount is paid 2 times – 1st through PhonePe to M S ANWAY INNOVENTURES LIMITED of 45,000 on 24/11/2023 and 2nd is the check payment of 75,000 with cheque number 000001 to ANWAY INNOVENTURES LTD on 24/11/2023. But after that, I have not received any welcome kit(as promised), membership id, registration email, receipts or any communication regarding my membership. Additionally, my attempts to contact the DSM branch have been met with inconsistent responses, with calls often going unanswered. In the Terms and Condition form, it is stated that I can cancel my membership within 30 days. So I mailed to [email protected] on 23/12/2023, which is within 30 days time frame for cancellation of my membership. It’s been more than 4 months but still didn’t received any mail or proper response on tollfree number (07969790099) from them. I am feeling helpless and cheated as I have invested my money in a fraud company. I do not want to keep any kind of membership with this company, and demand a full refund of the amount paid. Please help me to get my hard earned money back by lodging complaint against this company and save people against the fraud which they are doing in the name of Vacation. Please help there are so many people lost money like us. Please help.
