I bought a silver membership to use while traveling to India. I was informed that I would need to pay about 800 yearly maintenance when I registered. Since I received the package, every time I call, I learn that the season is in full swing and that every room is taken. First, they told me I couldn’t book for the first three months. I tried to make a reservation in March, and they told me there would be none until the end of June. The hotels they provided cost less than 4,000 per night and are much more affordable than the ones we were shown.
They stopped returning my calls and emails after I requested a refund. The requested 8,000 a year in maintenance. It seems like we were conned out of 75,000 and continue to pay 8,000. Even though my package only lasts for three years, it would be less expensive if we went to the same hotels on our own.
