This is a fraud company, they have taken INR 149000 and are not refunding back even when I haven’t availed any services. I was offered a 280 night’s package for 10 years during sales. My member number is DVGM1000082. It was than informed to me that my RCI validity is for 2 years and I was cheated during the sales. I immediately requested cancellation of my membership and refund for the same. I was assured on July 15th my refund will be processed within 90 days as per the policy of the company. I have been following up with these scammers since then. I got responses from them that the refund will be done in October, I kept patience and waited. Come October they moved the refund timeline to Nov’22 I followed up all November and stopped receiving response from them completely. I realized that I have been SCAMMED by these fraudsters, I have put below some names from this company to make people aware of this scam and no one should take any membership of this fraud company.
