On 16th January 2023,Monday 8.00)pm we had a meeting with Doves Vacation executive and we took the 1 year Brown+ plan by payin 35000/-(Thirty Five Thousand Rupees) to your executive. I have gone through the documents which they have given and get to know what they mentioned was exact opposite of what they have written. So it’s only 2 days and they had a 100% refund policy till 7 days and I cancelled within 24hrs and they told you will get refund on april. I waited till April then they told their finance department decided to give refund on August.Now it’s December and I haven’t received a single penny. They are fraud.
