We had a general check-up at the Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital in Porur, Chennai, April 26, 2024.
Since we didn’t know of any doctors at the hospital, we got an appointment for Mrs. Saraswathy directly from them.
Then, as we were leaving the hospital, we found out, the other person conducted all of the tests and consultations.
The other consultant is not entirely happy with us because, in an extremely unprofessional manner, the hospital staff is congregating in her consulting room and making jokes, laughing, and yelling.
We saw the situation and were very concerned about speaking with that person.
I asked some of their staff members if she is a doctor or someone else to get my understanding.
They told you to wait in front of room 12 because she was just a doctor. They’ll give you a call.
Since everyone is only in the hospital to receive medical attention for a specific ailment, I kindly ask that the hospital provide the correct name of the physician who will be doing the check-up there and act appropriately.
My father, my son, and I had a consultation yesterday. We didn’t think their consultation was satisfactory, so we asked that they please reimburse our costs for it.
