Vignesh kumar is a number one fraud. He has a lot of friends in chennai and Bangalore i will give there names One is a ortho Dr Shanmugaraman ( I think That he is not a Ortho Dr) and his keep ,one Mr Senthil from Bangalore , Mr Madanan from Bangalore and Mr Rahul From Bangalore . He would ask for upfront fees and he would not finance anything. He has no contacts at all and now he has shifted his office to Gopalapuram. Until now, he has got money from us and had done nothing for the last 8 months. Few people have already filed a police complaint.

Do not trust Vignesh Kumar. He has taken a lot of money from us and making excuses for the past one year. He is the biggest fraud I have seen in my life. He normally pays websites like these to delete our comments. He has a whole gang of people to cheat you. He very good at making excuses. So people please do not trust him.
