I and my son are registered costomer of Dr Batras, Shankar Vihar and already paid more than 50, 000/- for treatment . Since a month I could not contacted since being having fracture in my shoulder.

I further contacted your office at Shankar Vihar for appointment but the lady picked the phone replied pl. contact her after half an hour.

Though, I already paid complete amount of myself and my son in advance, still I beg or urge your office for appointment, why not your office couldn’t contact me why I not turned up from past a month or more.

This cheap service should be stopped immediately.

And, I think why It should not be posted on social website so that consumers may not suffer in future.
