I ordered a dress worth 1000/- from Dramlic and they sent a cheap looking kurti which looks completely different from website,
I feel cheated and want to return the product and have my money back.
They are asking me to pay for return courier but if the product is wrong why do I pay for return? Also, they have mentioned that they will give the money back in account credits.
What if next time also they send a fraud product.
I would like to get a cash refund instead.

Yes, I have the same issue. I also want my cash refund bcz I product I order is different on the website but i got something else which is very cheap…. I also feel cheated n i would like to refund my cash instead of exchanging it
