closed account due to account was hacked. I was told to shut down my account and wait 48 hours to open another account. I was told that my credits were used, and items were stopped. I was told that my email and phone number was changed along with verification . I had been on the phone on several occasions with amazon and told something different each time. I also was told that my prime membership would be transferred to the new account along with my credits that was used. I complied with everything they told me.. Now I’m being told that I have to purchase a new prime after I have paid and renewed my prime months ago. they are not helping me at all. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied. I have been a prime member ever since I opened my first account for a few years now. and to be denied and not helped for something that’s not my fault and not even try to compensate is wrong. I paid for the new up price for prime when it went up.. I don’t have money like that to keep paying for something I paid for. I have been a loyal customer from day one and got other people to join. I’m not being treated fairly. I had to call several times to even be told the account was hacked and they were no help even after I gave them the security answers to my account. I was to to call back and a few calls were dropped and they didn’t call back. and even after I spoke to several people , I called back and was told either a phone number was not on my account or the email wasn’t added when I know I gave them the information
