I booked a 2 BHK flat in 2014 with Dreamz Infra India Ltd.,577/B Outer Ring Road, Teachers Colony, Koramangala, Bangalore- 560034 for the amount of Rs. 13, 75000, of which I have already paid Rs. 10,00000. I was allotted a flat in A Block. In 2 and half years the construction of A Block has not started. I wanted to cancel and get a refund. I sent the cancellation letter by Registered post on 27.2.2017. I t was returned to sender because the company has shut up the office and disappeared. How do I get the money back?
