Hii,this is Riya Ghosh.I ordered three combo pack of woman cotton dress wear from dressuphar.com website on 24th December,2021.Though there was no dressuphar account of mine.But instead of this I was able to order the dresses.After giving my shipping address and contact number they confirmed my ordered.They also show me on the website that” you”ll receive a confirmation text with your order number shortly”.But till now I don’t receive any confirmation text.On 30th December ,2021 the products ware delivered by Ekart service.I made payment by cash on delivery to the delivery boy named Chinmoy Dutta.When I opened the products,I saw the products are totally different in color,size and material quality from the products which I ordered.This products are fully damaged. This three dresses are also used products delivered by dressuphar.com.Though there is “return policy” and “contact us” option on the website but the links are not work. So,I just can’t return the dresses nor I am able to contact with them.Now ,I think this is a fraud website.Don’t know they cheated with how much people.

For now,I just want my refund money. It’s my humble request to yoy please do something as soon as possible to get back my refund.That’s why I lodge a complain against the website and such fraud people. I think the website should be banned . Please do something behalf of me. Bellow I gave the products photo which they delivered to me
