I have booked a vehicle from drivezy car rental service on the name of nishant singh rajput on 19/06/2019 and paid an amount of rs. 6611/-. And on the same day, i cancelled the booking and drivezy initiate the refund on 19/06/2019 at 10:41 pm. But i didn’t receive refund yet. I have word with bank and drivezy so many times but nothing had happened. I have complaint already with complaint number c/27122019/82310 regarding this but nothing is resolved.

I have complaint regarding this in national consumer forum and bank grievance also. Bank has clearly stated that no amount has deposited from company’s side then how can they credit to my account.
So now please send my money, don’t trouble me. Everytime drivezy asked me for bank statement. I have sent it so many times. From 8 months, I had gone bank 15 to 20 times. I have given bank statements in October and before that also. But they are not ready to refund. Please its a request, tell them to give my money.
