Drivezy – Refund not received

Since your support team doesn’t react, I’m writing to you in the hopes that you can offer some assistance.
On December 3rd, we made a reservation, but we were unaware that a deposit was required because it was not indicated in the app before we paid.
The man in the office informed us that the money would be repaid within 7 to 14 working days after we immediately cancelled.
After waiting for 14 days, we attempted contacting the number they provided as a follow-up.
When we called to check on the status of the refund, they would answer the phone and then hang up right away.

We went to the office on December 20 and were informed that the team had not yet processed the refund.
We were given a tonne of numbers huge call, but only a small percentage of them worked, could not be reached, or were answered.
We then called the police, who informed us that we would receive it within a week.
We had texted and contacted them numerous times, but each time they would answer by sending us screenshots of some WhatsApp group and complaining that the support personnel hadn’t responded.

In the hopes of hearing from someone, we have sent letters and posted reviews on the Google Play store.
Please assist us; even if the amount is small, the client is being robbed, and since every single penny was laboriously acquired, we cannot just ignore it.
