Dron Education Institute – FRAUD REGARDING ADMISSION BY CONSULTANT

my self ajay kumar behera has came in contact with mr ashutosh kr mishra ( consultant of dron education )regarding admission in B-tech for the year 2012-2013 via net. for admission purpose i had given sum of 10000 for seat booking karnataka state open university . now one year has passed neither i got admitted nor my money is refunded so i seek your help.I am providing all the possible proof regarding the process for reference.
