Droom – Taking payment and account detail than cancelling order

I have purchased order from droom under its promotional offer. They allow me to add to cart and make payment but after taking payment and taking order, after few hours they send a message that your order has been canceled under automatic verification failed policy.

While automatic verification failed policy is such a bad policy according to them in which they review the order history of customer and if they found that customer has already purchased this product in past than they are canceling order.

So if they don’t want to allow their customer to grab the same deal twice than why they are displaying offer to that user and allow to purchase and get payment and also account detail. They should check his order history before purchasing and payment and should display proper message before it.
