I placed an order for dry fries on Shopify.com and paid Radhe Enterprises Rs. 824 on Wednesday, November 21, 2023, using my UPI account.

I learned about this via Google, and there’s a compelling offer to make. Ordered the buy three, get two deal.

I ordered five items: dried fig fruit, dried cranberries, dried blue berries, cashews, and badam. I paid rupees eight hundred and twenty-four (824rs) for each item. The website collected all of my personal information, including my name, address, phone number, and other details.

That’s what I thought, too, and I paid that day. However, I didn’t receive any confirmation messages or calls from Tat after that.

I received a debit from oly but received no information about the product I ordered.

I’m waiting on a response from Cal, but the company hasn’t responded yet.

Don’t mislead the customer like this. I’m not sure where to ask for the product—on the website or at the business where I made the payment.

Please make sure I get my money back. Don’t deceive clients.

It is the duty of the business that receives payment from the client. Return the money if you don’t receive the product.
