I have sent a parcel carrying very important original documents on 24/12/2016 from Bangalore. It’s consignment number number B39082076. While tracking this on the website it is showing that it is delivered but actually it is not delivered.
I called the Lucknow Mahanagar DTDC office at 9580739063 and she said that it is not delivered but it will be delivered today. I asked her to change the status on the website as undelivered but she did not. It was not delivered on that day also.

Kindly take strict actions against them.
