I couriered my package through DTDC from shahjahanpur on 10 july 2017 whose cn no is Z25184481, which was returned due to unacceptance at the other end.
according to the policy it should be returned to the origin point ie shahjahanpur, but when I contacted them about my package they have no idea where it is now, and they are unable to track it.
kindly solve my problem as no one seems to care at their office.
