DTDC – Non Delivery & Irresponsible reply

A consignment has been booked to us from Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore on 21.03.2023.
Consignment No: C19595612
To Address : V. Jayanthi, HIG -1, Plot 20, THNB phase15, Mullai Nagar, Hosur, Krishnagiri DT 635 109.

The shipment wasn’t delivered to us until just recently.
When I checked it today online, the status read “In Transit.”
So I copied the number from your website and called. When I did, your representative informed me that it had been delivered to Hosur and instructed me to get in touch with the sorting and delivery offices.

And he instructed me to call the appropriate delivery office number near the RC Church in Hosur. Nevertheless, when your staff failed to respond appropriately, they advised me to call the booking office in Coimbatore because the delivery pin code was 635001.

I have grown extremely tired of your side responding in this manner.
Is this how you pick up a courier from your company?
What good is it to send a courier through DTDC, then.
I might go to Coimbatore to pick it up in person rather than send it by courier.
I am quite unhappy with your service and your employees at the delivery office near the RC church in Hosur.
This is definitely not good.
