Sir, I’ve made a DTDC plus from your DTDC Hyderabad, till now the courier facility did not reached, it showing in transit only, As per DTDC PLUS promise (NEXT DAY DELIVERY) DTDC people need to deliver before 01-02-2019.Till date my belongings are not yet delivered. what is the use of that DTDC plus i’ve paid RS:200/- it was already 6 th day from 28/02/2019. As I’m facing the same type of problem from DTDC people again and again, I’ve decided to bring this issue into consumer court. Please process this case as early as possible.
