Dubai First Liability Letter
Requested for Liability letter for applying for personel loan in Noor Islamic Bank. There is no reply from Dubai first bank even after 15 working days as they have told. No person to take care of customers problems. No department responsible to give a reply properly. Call center have registered complaint but no response from concerned department even to call the customer and ask what is the issue. Very poor service and requesting all not to avail any service or products from Dubai first. It is the worst bank i have ever seen in this country.
