Myself Rizwan Sayyad as join the dtss facility management company on 26 april 2017 and they as assign me in one of their site in Taj land hotel Mumbai, as per mention in the offer letter also with a 35000 in hand salary as the position of housekeeping supervisor, after 24 days of worked, project manager bhupinder told me to contact in vikroli branch office for other site, i ask the reason he told me that taj land end is not paying the additional supervisor payement to our company, so that’s why we are transferring you another site, so i report to vikroli branch i met sbo head jayesh gharat, he told me i cannot pay you 35000, in other site we have low budget contract your salary will be reduce, i told as per offer letter its mention that company will assign me one of the site in mumbai location not for salary reducing, you take the work from me 24 days in taj land end hotel after your saying that, i requested to give me any job but my salary will be same as per contract from company, so they told me we will get another project in a week and we will call you since a month finish i call to Mr Jayesh Gharat many times and i report Vikroli office for other site but they are not response to me, and told me that just wait, we will contact because of this i am jobless at home without any pay or notice period and at my joining in this company i was get a many offer but i left for this company, now i was in total loss because for their bad management i am suffering, i hope sir you will take a action regarding my job to be continue in this company or mangement must pay me till i am not getting a other job.
