Ordered an insta360 action camera for 1899 COD and got a 200 or lesser worth of earphones. Wrote back to them in the email but they have not replied and there is no contact number on the website. Sent them 5 emails now and still awaiting a reply.
The lockdown has been extremely tough on everyone and we try, in our own accord, to support these small-scale enterprises. But this issue is of greater concern when such individuals don’t believe in an honest living.
