i had purchased the lenovo tab 3 8, RS (12975) through the e Bay on 2nd march 2017, (on 8th march 2017) after the delivery product was not functioning, and there after we compliant to the e Bay service care, guarantee claim ID (2747613) and for paisapay (ID 44834542047) customer service associate said that they will picking up within three days,and next day the message i have received ( we are sorry to inform you that your claim is not eligible as per e Bay guarantee guideline) again i had contact with service center, they strictly said that its not possible for the replacement or refunding, they referred me to contact the lenovo care center. but i don’t understand why ? again i had talk with their senior executive and she assured me that they will be responsible for the product and agreed to take the product within three days. either no contacts nor information, to whom it may concern… kindly help me… as soon as possible to solve this problem for immediate action on this issue
