I have ordered the product Lenovo K8 plus with RAM 4GB which costs about Rs. 11999. But I received Lenovo K8 plus model with 3GB RAM that costs about Rs. 9999. I expect a refund of Rs. 1000 since the received item costs Rs. 1000 lesser than the actual item.
I tried to reach the customer support of Flipkart by calling them and sending emails but I did not get response be from them.
