I got call from a boy name Shivam Mishra offering me online job for filling captcha asking for I’d and email id for providing me work. Then told me to do work and don’t tell me about any kind of legal procedures or agreement. I got mail for login after a week for work from online. I started working for the same but couldn’t reached the target. Then got an email form Lawinity advocate and associates Anil Solanki for bearing charges of Rs. 8500/- as I could not reach the target. And told me that they have proves for my agreement signed up but befor that I don’t know about any kind of agreement. Now after paying the charge of Rs. 8500/- they said to issue a NOC for not having any contact from the company to me and me to company but then too, They asked me to pay 22,600/- for cancellation of agreement and if I’m unable to pay so they will do legal procedures on me and my family. They again and again calling me and pressuring me to do the left payment. I’m very helpless plz help me regarding this issue.
