I have a taken a loan of 60k. due to my loss of job from July I’m unable to pay the amount so I requested for a settlement amount. They told me to pay 45000 in that I already paid 10k. For remaining amount I’m following up with an other agent stating that I’m unable to pay the amount ryt now and requested to gv a time till mnth end but they r nt ready to listen and they visited my home with the legal notice. And they giving mental torture everytym. Wen there is no other source of income how will pay. Recovery agents and managers are giving mental pressure.
