Dear sir,
I had booked a 2 bedroom flat in eath towne of earth infrastructure in september 2010 and paid rs. 6, 50, 000/- (Aprx.) till 2015-16. My position date was in 2014 but i didn’t get the position yet. Since, no work started and also as per one decision of national consumer forum, allottee can get back it’s deposited money if he is not satisfied with progress.
Sir, marriage of my younger brother is to take place in coming year i. E 2018, i am in need of money and request you to kindly direct the earth infrastructure limited to return my amount with 18% interest on urgent basis.
I shall be highly obliged for your this kind act.
